trouble loading the map "midway" in single player

as posted on the title, i am new to BF but i do kno the basics for FPS games x.X.

So when i start to load the map midway, the game suddenly crashes.

no idea why.

plz help noob out :/

what are you system specs and your in game settings?
and do you have the latest patch?
