I am trying to find out, is DC a downloadable upgrade pack for bf 1942 or is it a stand alone game that I will have to buy? I keep seeing different things on different BF websites and they are not clear. Also, will the 1.5 patch be for stock bf 1942 or is it for the add ons ie. RtR and SWoWWII.

1.5 is for BF42 and DC is a free mod for BF42.

I strongly urge everyone to try DC, FH, and EoD. They will make your free time disappear.
