Looking for a clan...

I'm looking for a clan but I'm pretty damn picky.

First, I don't care if it's vanilla BF42, DC, or some other mod, I like all of em. Also, must be both mature and fun loving. No 10 year old smacktards and no 70 year old preachers who'll kick me the first time I cuss. Must be able to joke around! Must use voice coms! TS2 preferred, but MUST use voice coms! It's all about organization and teamwork! Must partake in regular scrimmages, ladders, etc. It'd be nice if they had semi regular meetings and/or practices as well. Must have a decent website with forums. Having their own BF server preferred, but there's so many underused ones nowadays I doubt that's an issue. I'd prefer a smaller group and one only dedicated to BF (not a multigame clan...)

As far as me goes, well, I'm above average, although I wouldn't know how much. I'm usually in medal contention or at least in the top few of my team when I play public clan servers. I'm best as a foot solider, though I'm not too shabby with an plane or a tank either. I've not played much in about 5 months, but it's all coming back quick. Anyway, PM me if I sound like I'd fit in.
