mod help?

right. not realy troubleshooting, butcan someone help me out with getting a mod to work? ive installed a couple into the mods directory, but cant figure out how to run the mod(s). id appreciate some help on this, because information on running a mod is scarce (at least, for me).

ill give any other information if itll help.

boot up bf and go to custom game, select the mod you want and click activeate, done.

yeah, i cant figure out mods either. I lookes for customize game and i cant find it anywhere. i have the original version, no patches. Anybody got any ideas? more in depth instructions?

well ive gotten the patches finally and, unfortunately, still cannot figure out how to use mods. ill give it a few more goes, but until then, thanks anyway.

Wow... i installed the wrong patch... well, its up now, and the only problem i have now is one of my newer complaints... black terrain is strange (i call it scorched earth)
