How do u become a beta tester!!!

How do u become a beta tester!!! i want to know i wsih to pursue a life long ambition of being a writer for a magazine, and also review things such as games and FILMS!!!! how do you become a better tesster do you have to be part of the press or do they look for in put from normal people as well. If anyone can help please let me know!!!! Oh is it available somewhere (the beta

) or is it just a few people that get it!!!!

and I believe all the availble beta's have already been distributed
