Freezing problems after installing 1.4 patch
I just installed the patch for BF1942, and now whenever I try to start the game it just sits at a black screen after showing the splash screen.
My system: Windows XP Home Edition nVidia GeForce FX 5200 AGP 8x (128MB) AMD Athlon XP 2000+ nVidia Detonator 43.45 Graphics Driver Legit copy of Battlefield 1942 purchased from Wal*Mart DirectX 9.0 Cable Internet, 1Mb Downstream, 256kb Upstream (the posting question thread said to include this, it isn't really relevent to my problem) |
