Fuckin plane-campers

Ok, ive played the demo now since it came out and when i play on big servers with like 10 guys on each team, i realize that it is like 2 people on the island(when i play axis) and the rest is waiting for planes. And this is the worse part, when i plane "respawns" it get destroyed, because those assholes who wasnt fast enough to take the plane, shoots it to parts. And this is the other bad part, when they camp for the planes, its allways the fuckin n00bs who cant fly who gets it ,so he chrashes before he gets up in the air.

If you go to the passworded servers, you'll probably find some more mature people. Yeh, I agree on that, but its the EA servers these plane campa nooba whateva people are.

Yeah, I admit when I first started, I would wait a little for the planes but I would NOT shoot the other plane. But after a few times, I decided to pursue a sniper route. Now, I rarely get a plane unless there is the opportunity and need...

As if there arent other ways to get onto the island. In a big match you dont have any chances with planes anyways, 2 shots with the flak... youre dead, and you can be sure that the flaks will always be manned in a 20 players+ game. The best way is to take a landing boat and get either the tank in the village or the southern base...

Maybe I am getting extreamly lucky, but the horror of TKing and Plane Campers has rapidly diminished. I did not encounter the problem all week. With so few hosts not being password protected. perhaps the word about Tking and Camping is spreading fast. Which would be a good thing.

i hate people that take both landing craft wihtout people on it and drive off, and then all the planes are gone, and all the ships too, it sucks, i dont wanna jump out to the destroyer, becasue i will know that it will drive off once i do.... so i usually wait for a plane to spawn (but before you kill me) it takes only like a minute becaaue some idiots just take planes so that can paratroop to the nearest base (now THAT pisses me off!)

also, to get a plane in the begging of the game for axis, when your about to spawn, start pressing e, and when the game starts, u are usually in a plane! works for me 80% of the time (the other 20% i become the gunner)

What's a good name for those idiots then? I'd like something that both accurately defines their actions, as well as being so abusive that someone would be degraded and offended for being called one.

We already know "they" like to do the following:

1). Stand in line at airbase or carrier waiting for a plane. I've seen 6 or more peeps waiting in line before.

2). Shoot flymen that get the plane before they do.

3). Are ineffective once they do get a plane (ie. bomb dirt, their own teammates, etc).

4). Keep flying around when their team has lost ALL flags, eventually eating up the remaining tickets.

Here's a few to get ya started:

- Plane newbs
- Plane campers
- Pllamas
- Plane fags
- etc

And because the military loves acronyms:

NSPF = No Skill Plane Fags
SPCA = Stupid Plane Camper Assholes
PeCes = Plane Campers, but similar enough to another disgusting word.

What I usually do... When the game spawns, at least for japanese, I hold enter, if I get in the plane, good, if I don't I run to a daihatsu and pile in... Then I play ground until around midgame when people seem to forget the planes altogether most of the time...

Taking a jeep from the airfield to the planes is stupid wastefull use of jeep that could otherwise be used to
advance troops. It's time consuming to have to run out
to the airfield to retrieve a jeep. Not to mention the idiots who park it in front of planes.

Almost all of the bitching you guys are doing is solved by playing in a ff off server. Once somone gets in a plane they are unable to be shot at by teammates fire.

I know its not as realistic but its better.

Is there a way to get a password? Eggman and I play on servers a lot but it's morons like those that make gameplay boring and just plain crap, I mean it's like a constant race, gunned down trying to get a plane shot down after it's up by your own team...lol somtimes I just say screw it and try to swim out to the destroyer to make a point, oh well it sure makes for a funny show though.

The airfield on non-pw servers are like FRAGcity m8's !!

Just parc your sniperrifle facing the airfield and you're king of the hill in no-time.

That'll teach those damn plane campers !

Ways to discourage Aircraft Spawn Campers (ASC's) after they have not heeded your warnings:

1. On Axis side, grab your own plane early. On FF servers simply make pass after pass bombing the spawn area on the carrier deck knocking everybody into the water.

2. On Axis side, take control of the carrier and back it off the map killing all aboard.

3. On Axis side make continuous bombing runs on the enemy airfield targeting only Allied ASC's.

Friend of mine did this all evening last night and you better believe ASC's quickly got the message early and actually did what they were supposed to do: capture bases. Once they quit whining and bitching, the gameplay was actually quite fun.

I agree dude! Something has to be done about those campers.
Because of these guys it wrecks the game.
What I do is wait for the little *ucker to start firing on the plane, then I attack the loser.
It is a waste on resources though and can cost the battle because of those guys that are too stupid to know which side team they are on.

Those teamkiller guys are the real enemy.

One of the most idiotic things I know. The people who want to intentionally kill a guy are two at the carrier, or prevent spawning by doing it.

I'd like to call this team killing, though I don't like ASC's neither. If they start to teamkill, then they're teamkillers, not ASC's.

I’ve seen this done once and it really pissed me off. This guy asked for someone to spawn in as an engineer and repair the carrier. So I took it upon myself to do this. While I was repairing the carrier, he got pissed at all the campers and drove the ship off the map killing them and me. And at the time, the carrier was the only spawning point so I kept spawning and then dying before I could get anywhere. So now when some one needs a repair job for the carrier, I just ignore them. It’s not worth it.
