Thanks for the encouragement. AS for your center I was thinking about the very same idea with a realistate buddy of mine. It sure would solve some problems. But the real question is does it solve more problems then it creates?

The thing I think that you have going for you is the community in the BAY area is much tighter that out here with our suburban sprawl. David Lee opened up C3 Cyber Club here in the area and he is strugling but back in the Bay area he said he has two LAN Centers and all he needed to do was put the word out on the street and BAM they were lined up at the door.

We'll keep working till we either prove ourselves or go bust. Let's hope for the better of the two! -Piper

actually, we're not in the bay area. that's a 5 hour drive from here. BUT we usually get 12-15 peeps from the bay during our house LANs like midsumma ack-shin (dont ask about the ebonics) they bring 2 vans and roll. usually 6 regulars with 6+ new peeps they bring.

we're about 30 minutes south of los angeles for loc #1 and loc #2 is gonna be on paradise st in las vegas.

Cool... if you are ever looking to come out east give me a call. We know this area like the back of our hands and have all the right connections to make a smooth entry into the market.

I just love the idea of running a site for LAN Gaming that you then turn a round for your own house LANs. FREAKING AWSOME!

Funny. It would cost me $5000 to get a PC capable of running the game well enough to compete, renting a car to get out there, and room and board for a couple days.
