Making a BF movie.

Hello, my first post on BFnation

OK, here is my problem:
I have created a raw movie using Fraps.
But I have one problem. When I play the movie in Media Player for example, it is really fast. It seems like 2 seconds in gameplay is really shown as 1 second in the movie or something like that.
I would like to know, what causes this effect?
Could it be the the FPS thing? Because in Fraps i have selected the 25 FPS recording but in BF I have around 70 FPS.

And one more thing:
Which programs should I use for editing my movies?
For example I would like to put different, smaller, movies together to form one movie. And with wich programs can i add music to my movie?

Maybe you colud point me to a tutorial on BF Movie making. I have read Mr. Greg's tutorial but it is pretty basic and none of the anwsers to my questions lie in it.

i use ulead video stuidio for editing and adding music. you have to buy it though

the fps thing I can't telel you I record to another device always.

I'm trying to make a movie too, I kinda wanna know what fraps is, I've never heard of it

its a program that can record games, so its like a screen recorder but for games

record at a low fps. if i record at 25 and fullscreen i get like 20 fps when recording adn it will play 5 pfs faster than it should so try setting it lower

you should set your screen resolution to 640x???.
I read tha in a tutorial.

i have mine on 800x600x32 on a 15" screen, what do 17" screen people use?
