battlefield 1942 cracked patch

Hello, I have a copy of battlefield 1942 1.0 cd rom. I

was playing with it, with a crack.

Now, I want to install the update to 1.4, (66 mb, I have

downloaded it). But it needs a crack.

The ones I found in megagames.com, worked, but when the

map was loading, at about 40% they threw me out!

Is the crack wrong or the patch?

please help me and give me an addres for a cracked

patch, or something.
