terrible - was playing on omaha and i came in at the very end of round 2 so i only got to play for one round - and it was over in less than 2 minutes (really)

its self explanatory - the jetpack glitch let people fly up to the back german base before the decent players even got in range of the shore flag - and i posted the scores to show that the person with the most kills were 5 to show how fast the game went

ok juding by that the axis team must have sucked because it takes a while for the tickets to go down and no one seemed to be killing each other

what theyll probably do is use secret weapons as a patch - as in have it fix the latest fukups including this glitch .. just so they can get money by ppl buying secret weapons . well if thats how theyre doing it i can guarantee im not buying s.w. .... if they fix it b4 secret weapons then ill probably buy it

this glitch has completly ruined berlin. all the axis guys always just jump right in that river and fly off. its like a pool party over there. its cool when you throw a grenade or shoot all the people that screwed up and are swimming around. but some of the axis guys flew into the buildings on the sides of the allied spawn, and they can see and shoot you, but you cant do dip shit. even some of the clan member admins were doing it. i dont like this glitch.

Havn´t seen it in action yet (havn´t played much BF lately), but once it gets popular here in Europe BF will suck aswell.

EA must fix this mistake on their side. Its not an unbalance or a bug, but a seriously gameplay-disruptig feature. There should be no question if they should fix it, they MUST, ASAP.

I agree, they should fix this asap. The jetpack is the dumbest thing you can come up with. I mean, wtf?

It would be OK if they just let it be in the expansion pack, but letting this glitch terrorize our BF games, thats low.

Technically it's not an option, it's a feature we guess that EA put into 1.4 thinking that no one would find out about it, they must have been testing Secret Weapons with the 1.4 patch, they kept someof the controls (like jetpack) in normal BF1942 and forgot to take them out...Now there are jetpack spammers all over...

AHH EA is useless.

how does it work? you need a special server? or can it spam up all the servers? it's something that needs be enabled server side right?

and btw EA's uselessness rating is 50% 1/2 the time they quickly release patches to fix known issues well... the other 1/2 of the time they release patches quickl that add unecassary things to the game.

so, in essence, what do i have to do to try a jetpack before stupid weapons comes out?

Omahas a shit map.

I noticed somone doing this jetpack thing on wake on the mini map, because his arrow was flying around like he was free falling from a plane. However it went on for ages, so i flew over to him and saw that he was jetpacking.

Just tell them to show you how to do it, and when they do tell them youve got a screenshot of it and that they wont be playing on these servers anymore.

The will usually stop.
