Transparent Message Box Stuck on screen

After connecting to House of Psyco DC .35e And clicking DONE, a transparent message box box with no text, shaped exactly like the box that says "Please choose spawn point" is always on my screen except in the welcome message window and main menu. It's positioned slightly right and above center, and I can see through it slightly.

So far I have tried reinstalling everything to no avail. And a number of adjustments to my video card, this simply has to be a setting issue or page box or something!

Running GeForce 4 ti 64
500mhz Bus 512megs ram p4 1.6ghz
Win 2K
Duel 60 gig Raid 0

The box does not show up under EOD servers, but it does show up on all DC servers excecpt for one, which recently chagned to EOD, so I'm thinking it could be due to server side message timers....

BTW: This never happened running 1.4/.35 on a different server, it only happened when I connected to Psyco and then it was there no matter what after that.

It has to be a problem w/ server running their own message timers/modifications!

DC PEOPLE PLEASE FIX THIS!~!~!

I have the same problem, but it happens on every single game I play
