Connection Problems on Multiplayer Servers

I've DLed the 1.4 full-version and the v1.4 NoCd patch from megagames, but recently when i try to connect to a server, it will load the map and on the spawn screen, it'll display a message saying "connection problems detected". Most servers used to work after i installed v1.4 and the NoCd patch. But now i cannot play on any server without it showing the connection problems message. If i do spawn, it will soon disconnect me from the server. I've tried changing the connection-speeds at the server lists, but that too doesnt work anymore. I was able to play on a few servers with 56k without problems, but now i am unable to connect to a single server without the message coming up. Is there a different ServerFix i need to install to get it to work? I dont know what else to try.

put the normal .exe back and use the CD assuming u have it
