Default Handling of the exp. packs

I wish EA had handled the expansion packs differently. Instead of just being able to use the new stuff on the new maps, they should have added them to some of the older maps aswell (M3 Grant was used in Africa a lot). Also PAKs would be nice on some maps (Berlin).
Of course you would just be able to play on R2R servers but that would also force more ppl to buy the expansion packs (more profit for EA).

What do you think ?

yeah, thad be pretty cool, except people without rtr wouldnt be able to play. plus, i hate rtr vehicles. just my opinion. but that would be cool if they would have jets and stuff and original maps.

and plus, i dont think ea really cares about rtr anymore. they dont really seem to be concentrating as much on improving it. not many changes ive seen.

The engineers bayonet would be sweet for urban maps(stalingrad and berlin)

Not gonna happen any time soon.

EA/DICE are still making money on RtR sales. If they made the things from RtR availiable to people who haven't bought it, people would stop buying it. DICE/EA want us to have fun but they also like getting paychecks.

thats not what he said. He said that it should act like a mod, so that you cannot join servers playing it.

Friday what?

Yeah i like that idea, be fun to have some of the artillery pieces on maps like stalingrad, berlin, kursk, kharcov, and the mosquito (think thats the name) would be nice on some of the maps as a fighter/bomber
