Free Forum Software?

I was wondering if this phpBB 2.0 is a free forum software, or if it is a software package with a price. Also, how easy is it to admin, and is the support good? Sorry if I'm being bothersome.

yes, phpBB2 is free, open source software. It's easy to admin, and has great support. Check out www.phpbb.com
