PLEASE BAN THE WEBGAME POSTS THAT TAKE YOU TO POP UP CITY...

There has been a dramatic increase in the amount of posts that link you to a site that 'recruits' you and asks that you post the link in other forums so that you may now 'recruit' others.

Usually the post has in the subject, "COOL NEW WEBGAME" or "CRAZY GAME" or something equally inaccurate.

These posts are a waste of time and can be quite an annoyance as it barrages anyone who follows the link with many popups. Even if posted in offtopic, it is useless spam that has no purpose on the forum. It is also misleading; these games are neither cool, crazy, or new. But no one would follow the links if it were truthful and said something like, "STUPID LAME POPUP-BAIT IDIOT RECRUITING GAME." And as more people become exposed to the type of game, the more useless links do and will pop up on the forum. STOP THE MADNESS NOW!!!

I recommend an amendment to the forum rules that forbid these type of posts.

Not many, but it's increasing in frequency and it probably will get worse.
