I tried sending two emails - one to r4g3d@bfnation.net in regards to becoming a featured clan and one to Advertise@BFNation.net in regards to advertising, and both came back with "User unknown".

How can I contact these people?

Those two emails are inactive. I'll take them down when I next get around to doing site cleanup. You can also contact mrhahn@bfnation.net because kook is on vacation and doesn't get back until Sunday/Monday.
