Unknown certificate tries to install

What is up with the "plesk" certificate that tries to install every time I visit this site? Are you aware of what it is/does? I only get this when I am visiting this forum.

Bet you it's related to the damn ads though, next time you see it, tell me what ad is showing, and the url to the ad image.

I've been wondering what that was. I use a pop up blocker, and something gets blocked all the time when I come here now. I thought maybe they went as far to ad pop ups to the ad menu.
