expansion pack question

just got road to rome and secret weapons. are there any patches i need to install for each seperate expansion pack, or do all you need to be is updated to version 1.61b for the original game? couldn't find anybody playing expansion maps online so i thought maybe i need a couple of patches.

Install RTR which will auto patch to a weird version. Then do the same for SW.

Then after both patches have been installed update the game to 1.61 as that's the most recent patch.

so i need to uninstall and reinstall all 3 from scratch, then apply the 1.61 patch? i'm asking because i already had the original installed and updated to 1.61 then i installed road to rome and secret weapons once i got them. every time i load the two expansions it says v1.61 in lower left hand corner.

My way was the way to do it from scratch.

If its already all installed run the 1.61 patch. If it needs patching it will if its up to date it will tell you so.
