Default Can't continue campaign on road to rome

I've finished the campaign of bf1942 and now I installed the road to rome.
The problem is I cannot continue the campaign with the new levels of RTR or start a new campaign where I can start from the RTR levels and not from the first level of bf1942.
What can I do about it (maybe I can change the campaign file somehow)?

singel player coop is you vs. the computer's AI or bots.
you can play multi-player with bots too.
try "instant battle" to check out each map in single player.

Thanks.
I was just wondering if there is no campaign mode for RTR.
If so, what is the first level of the campaign?

Yep, I played MOHAA and Spearhead.
About the campaign, I like to experience the new levels against the computer before I play them in multiplayer, and campaign is a good system cause the levels (usually) progress in ascending difficulty level.
