Default SF thoughts

I recently got a bought SF on sale and started to play. Initially I enjoyed most of the upgrades and add-ons (zip lines are especially nice) but after playing online for a little while, I found that there was alot of lag on every server I joined. It felt like I was in "Slow-Motion Death Theatre" since every time a guy can around a corner, I would just freeze and watch myself die. The levels are fairly exciting and the vehicles are good, especially the choppers, but I still can't get past the notion that the code of SF is alot worse than BF2. Where I freeze in SF, I merely glitch for a half-second in BF2. I have only been able to play about 5 rounds, so I haven't had the full SF experience yet. Has anyone else noticed a connection quality difference between the two games?

I should be getting back to a more reliable DSL connection in about a week, so maybe things will change. I noticed the CtD problems are still common with both games though...

I also get lots of lag on SF. I only played 4 hours of it then gave up, the lag is so bad it ruins the game. The level where you battle on the carrier is horrible. Reminds me of my old Compaq days. 1 frame every 2 seconds.
