TKer's enjoy for what ever reason like to ruin a team base game like BF1942, they are very annoying and childish.They should be booted out as far as I'm concerned, permanently. Why don't they play games like Unreal if the want to frag everything that moves ????????????

But sometimes I think people mistake TKer's for Friendly Fire Incidents which I'm sure everyone out there has done. Usually followed by the text "shit sorry dude!"

For example you pop around the corner suddenly there is a soldier there ,shoot first and verify later is what I find may happen from time to time as I'm sure id did on many occasions in WWII. This makes the game very realistic which I like, you have to be on your toes in this game.

I always TRY to identify my targets before I pump them full of hot lead but in a fast action game like this the natural instinct of fight or flight kicks in pretty quick at times.

I think one thing I'd address is that comunictaion is one of the most important aspects of any team based game, obviously.Especially when it comes to BF1942 and you can play deadly units like a Sherman Tank or a B-17 they have the ability of indirect fire and like in WWII were used. I use them often in enemy controlled areas, to not use them would be a waste of suppressive firepower.

When using indirect fire ,I always send out a message to my team clear out of the bunker in E5 indirect fire on the way .

Half the time people ignore messages like this and either they don't move out or move in and then geuss what????, I'm the TKer in thier eyes but in mine it was the lack of comunication and a lack of a teambased mindset thats the problem.

Sometimes the TK label flies around to easily.

Friendly Fire does happen.

A TK can usually be labled as such without error if their score is like, negative 5 or more... unless you have a suicide fanatic on your team... which could be any "plane newb".

The problem with your situation, is that there are still a LOT of players that dont consider this a team based game. They go straight from Unreal or Quake to this game and it is not the same. Most of the time you see a 1 man fighting force while other players wait for a tank or plane to spawn.

This game is so awesome when you get lucky and find a server where people communicate, and work together as a team. Unfortunately that is rare.

I try to cap flags and kill lots of enemies so I can move up the scoreboard and for no reason other than that. I am a teamplayer for the most part because you get more kills in that way.

dr.boom ive said that before, these peopel come straight from unreal or quake, and either see it as 'duh ooh me got boom boom gun" or as a contest to see how many people they can kill, like in quake or unreal. "hurr huur hhaaa! -186 is bigger number then you're 67! mea gooder then yew!!"

It's very easy to tell the difference between a tker and a ff incident. If someone tk's there is almost always an apology( and if you don't apologize after tking you should, even if it was their fault if you provoke them they may go tk if they're as stupid as they are bad at not getting in the way) and tker's usually have the large negative scores and there will be mass spamage of "Kick cockbite#1 he's a tker!!!!!!!" as well.

i think Tk'ers are definitely just regular, but immature, players who get bored- the same as the people who use the superman exploit. I don't think there's an army of proffesional Tk'ers out there, because i doubt there's anyone that sad. Although most people don't 'mass' Tk, i think most people occasionally intentionally TK or do something lame either as a 'joke', because they're pissed off or just bored. When people retaliate then the game starts getting fucked, it doesn't take a dedicated TK'er to wreck a game, just one imature, bored, regular player.

what i do to tk'ers is decapitate them with my knife and watch as i cut there heart out so they have enough time to watch it stop beating
