Killing Plane Campers

Just recently I joined the sport of TKing, no not the negative griefer kind. The king that may acctually help the team, that tking is of the plane campers. I've been banned from a few popular Wake servers whos names I won't mention, personally I know Tking is wrong but I beileve I should not be banned for stopping rule breakers. Whats your take on tking plane campers.

tking under any* circumstance is pretty bad sportsmanship, you gotta rise above the smacktards to show your worth, or something like that

*there may be one or two EXTREME situations where it may be acceptable, but those are few and far between.

I understand your view, and agree somewhat with your opinion, but doesn't a friendly tk to a plane camper help set an example, that the team does not appreciate the plane camping..

Man, on Coral Sea. I am usually in the top 3 and I dont fly one plane the whole game. You see where I am going with this.

think, 10 person team, 5 people plane camping, 4 people playing and you, you tk all 5 of the plane campers nd that loses your team 5 points, thye all come back tk you forever losing x points and they still camp.

you ignore them and play properly, the enemy loses points.

Never. Let server admin take care of it. All you do is join the ranks of the retarded by doing that.

TKing NEVER achieves anything. If you hope you can force them into battle, believe me it won´t work...
Normaly, it´ll end up with the TKed hunting the TK and you still won´t get them to play properly.
And nomatter what you motivations are, if you TK your a Suckass...

There is noway you can force someone to participate in combat, if he/she preferes to stay out of it...

Why not raid the oppositions airport,

When left with a well defended "main" base by the oppostition, I'll quite often take a cruise over to their airport. Stay a decent distance away, and dessimate the airport, it's planes and pilots , for as long as I can. Till re-inforcements are dispatched to snuff me out.

I love watching plane campers scramble, they wait all that time, and income my rounds destroying them and the very vehicles they've been waiting on.

That way you teach them a lesson , and help your own team.

Yeah that may be better for future camp stopings, but I'll probably get banned for vechicle destruction.

vehicle destruction? the idea of this game is to destroy the enemys vehicles so they are running around and you can pop em with your tank rounds

if anything youd get banned for spawn camping

It only shows that you don't appreciate plane camping. That person camping is part of the team so I don't know how you can say that by killing them it shows that the team does not appreciate plane camping when they are part of the team.

On a clan server you would probably be helping them by killing them to the point where the leave except you've brought your teams deaths upa lot by killing him, aswell as bringing your score down. Campers should be expected on pubs where there's very little teamplay so you need to deal with it.

They have just as much right to do what they want in the game as you. It's just as much theirs as yours. TKers and cheaters are no fun, but campers aren't hurting anyone and apparently they're doing something they want to do so just leave them alone to do their own thing. If they get killed repeatedly while camping and it bring sthe team's score down, just go out and find their killer and let them resume plane camping.

Here's a situation. What do you think. I was playing one day and there was one guy just running around the base tking like a mofo. He camped the hanger and tked relentlessly. After he shot down 7 planes I had had enough. I tried to get the group to vote to kick him, but only a few people did. There were a few other smacktards that thought it was funny. So finally, I just shot him. I got a hoorah from 50% of the team. After that, whenever I saw him, I killed him. Finally he left. Maybe I was wrong for what I did, but he was hurting the team overall. He was killing so many teamates that noone could get to the flags. The opposition had taken them all. I thought of him as an enemy spy wearing our clothing, deserving of a bullet.

Anyone have thoughts in that situation.

I don't know if plane campers are bad, i mean i am a plane camper myself. I mean most of the plane campers are actually some great pilots that helps the team. While, i mean if u know that planecamper is noob, i guess tking him is ok.
