Exactly, if you saw Cherry or Swedish Chef waiting for a plane, would you tk them. Ya never know that the group of guys waiting for planes have been perfecting their science. An awesome pilot is very handy.

I think that's when TKing is fair. Plane camping doesn't bother me but when someone does something to bring the game down to an unfun and unplayable point it's time to TK them to the point they decide to leave.

Just switch to the other team and get yourself a sniper rifle and position yourself a few hundred yards away from their airfield.

I'm not a fan of planes even though I have a joystick, so I like plane campers. I like to watch them eagerly waiting for planes through my scope then shoot them. No teamkilling involved. Although there are plane campers on my team I don't have to worry about them, let them camp, I take care of the other teams campers.

AFAIK PTK still works on alot of servers.

If anybody thinks its ok to sit and camp planes, then your wrong get out and do something FFS

Tking is wrong, so dont do it.

Camping a tank or jeep is wrong DON'T!

In fact I would go so far as to say that you should not even play on OS servers as you will LAG them! DON'T Do It!

The main problem is that 99% of the players in this game are A'Holes Period.

He's right though. While you're camping for whatever, you could be out there capping flags for the team.

Mad Monk I get so sick of getting killed because 5 enemy turn up and my guys are all standing around planes/tanks etc and yes I saw one guy wait for a jeep FFS

They waste half teh game waiting on a spawn, meanwhile a very few of us run up attack get killed and do it all over again because were outnumbered or we cap a point and then get over run.

dont do it people back up your TEAM ffs

So when u guys are all at the flag u just captured and u start moving on to the next one and you get slaughtered from an enemy plane, whos gonna shoot him down. Not you because ur dead, but that plane camper at ur main base whos been flying since the damn game came out can shoot him down. Oh, but wait, hes not in a plane because he was told to capture flags, well looks like ur team is screwed.

And you wont cap the flag cos your too busy playing with your joystick, FFS let it go and play the game!

And watch their team tkts and flags dissapear. A good player will fill another role that helps the team win, not stand in line at the airport.
If you get a tker tell your team that you are going enemy and only hunting the tker, with their help and aggreement not to battle with you that tker is bounced from one side of the map to the other and soon leaves-never to return.

I'm with you man, too many people around, Fudge 'Em, I'm headin' out on foot. More people are obviously going to be needed elsewhere, so why not make yourself useful. TKing a plane camping smacktard won't do crap, he's used to being tk'ed by the other smacktards when he is closer to a plane than they are. It will only make him try harder.

Plane camping is 1) in the eyes of the beholder, someone could be guarding the airfield 2) not directly breaking the rules, it's just arguably bad tactics 3) if you TK a plane camper they probably just think you are after the plane yourself.
