You really think that Bin Laden timed his attacks to meet with Bush? Gore could have won aswell and I doubt that would have stoppd those attacks. If Clinton had done his job instead of having his dick sucked mabye 9/11 woudn't have happened. He sent in a couple of missles and expected that to do the trick, clearly his follow up worked.
