Bush planned this war from the first day of his administration. 9/11 had nothing to do with it, it just gave him a great rationale. Read the papers today and find out the truth, he wanted Saddam killed when he took office and was planning it out already. This war was inevitable because Bush is clearly a war monger. He has to make up for his deficiencies some how.
