Battlefield: Galactic Conquest formerly known as Star Wars Mod said the public Alpha test will be made available to the public on the 14th of March. The Alpha comes with 2 custom maps, "The Battle Of Hoth" and "Tatooine" which are loaded with the following models:

- X-wing
- A-wing
- Millenium Falcon
- Speeder Bike
- TIE Fighter
- TIE Bomber
- Land Speeder
- Snow Speeder

Some new weapons include the DH-17 (pistol), E11 (blaster), Hoth Rifle (blaster) and the DL-44 (Han Solo's Blaster). Star Wars: Galactic Conquest will put you in the role of a trooper from one of many armies, be it the Stormtroopers of the Galactic Empire, or the Skilled pilots of the Rebel Alliance, maybe as a Battledroid or Clone trooper on the Planet of Geonosis.
