first you have to have them on a website. There are numerous places to upload your pictures for free. I use my earthlink webspace that they provide for me, but there's lot's of other places.
Once you get them on the web you then get the url that it's located at. Then when you want to place it in your post you type
[img]www.yourimage.com[/img]
Where it says www.yourimage.com that's where the url of your image goes.
