What about knoppix?

Just download the ISO and burn it onto a CD. You do not need to install it, it just runs off of the CD.

It may allow to access your drive and backup vitals and fix any problems.

I take it the problem you are getting is that you cannot get to the desktop due to spyware? Or have I misread your posts?
