Alright, I'm not trying this out because I'm not taking the time to reinstall, but you guys are welcome to give this a shot. After a few google searches I came up with:

Try this, it worked for me:
1. Use pbsvc.exe to uninstall PB (get it from the PB site)
2. Delete the PB folder in your game files
3. Reinstall PB using pbsvc.exe
4. Update PB using the updater tool, also from the PB site.
5. Start playing again!

Basically everywhere I read is saying its a punkbuster issue, so try updating Punkbuster.
