I am trying to install the 1.61 update but it fails saying that it is unable to locate BF1942 installation. I realize that had I used the default installation directory I probably would not be having this issue but none of my games are on my "C:" drive. And no, reinstalling is not an option because my original cd (Which seems to work just fine to play the game) has a nick in it that causes it to fail half way through install. This being the third copy I have bought I really dont want buy another if I can help it.
Any ideas?
