The thing to remember about Michael Moore "documentaries" is that you will get a lot of information about one side of the argument. It's a biased documentary, but usually an informative one for part of the issue.

I think they should do a documentary from the doctor's perspective. It seems that most doctors get caught in the middle between the HMO's and patient rights and end up lacking advocates on both sides of the issue.
