Well, you know the winds, they are a'-changin' when in Oklahoma they are talking about legalizing weed on the local extremely conservative (even for my tastes) talk radio. One guy called in and was very articulate at laying out all the benefits of the hemp plant and the history of why it's illegal (and why it shouldn't be). You couldn't have asked for a better spokesperson against prohibition. Wish I'd have caught his name. There were a few dim bulbs calling in whining how "MJ is a gateway to hell..." but for the most part things were kept on an even, intellectual keel. No burnouts calling in (which only hurts the argument against prohibition) was nice too.
