1)Required
Operating System: Windows XP, Me, 2000, or 98
Processor: 933 MHz or faster
DirectX 9 compatible sound card
Internet/Network (2-32 players): Cable, DSL, or faster connection required; One set of game discs per player.
Video Card: DirectX 9 compatible video card AGP video card with 64 MB or more memory and one of these chipsets is required: NVIDIA GeForce 3 or greater; ATI Radeon 8500 or greater
Disk Space: 4.8 GB of free space
CD Speed: 16x or faster CD/DVD drive
RAM: 256 MB or more

2)Most ppl i saw on a server are 64 players. I would say theres about 1000-2000 ppl playing at any one time during the day.

I think your PC should handle the game. If your not sure you can DL the wake demo of the game for free to check out.
