You can download the demo a day earlier than everyone else if you pre-ordered paid for BF2142.

Man..as a beta tester for BF2142, the beta test crashed every 5 minutes...then DICE produced another BF2142 beta and the new beta caused the Titan ship to explode by itself...

This is going to be very interesting how DICE mananged to correct about 1000 bugs in less than 3 weeks.

EA DUE DATE! GETR DONE!
