Default Assault gun should have been made stronger

I'm airing out some things that have been bugging me for awhile.

The unlocked Assault gun vs. unlocked Support gun of any kind.

There are countless times close up when user STANDING with their
support weapon versus me standing with
my Assault weapon. Up close...within 5 ft. I got mowed down up close more than I should.

Assault weapon means assault...up close. It should kill someone standing (not prone support users..granted) within a few feet. It should be no contest against me with my Assault gun against you standing with your Support Gun near me. That is not the case so many times.

I've died too many times using unlocked assault gun standing to standing against unlocked support weapon user...(up close) not to bring up this issue. It should be no contest up close with my so called "Assault Gun."

Refer to DICE's so called strengths and weaknesses of weapons..I should have won those close up firefights standing to standing with a support weapon user.

Guess what is practically the least used weapon? Assault gun.
Guess what is the most used weapon? The Support gun.

Let's face it..between the two real firing weapons...there is the Support Gun and the Assault Gun.

No wonder about 68% of users in a game are seen using the support gun of some kind.
Going prone to prone Assault gun against Support weapon at a distance...Assault gun cross hairs won't even close together. At least the support gun cross hairs will...closer than the Assault gun does when firing farther off (naturally... Assault not meant to be a long distance gun).

I didn't expect to be killed so many times with my Assault gun close up against a Support weapon (both standing). That just sucks and goes against the intention of an "Assault gun."

Commentary and observation. Your opinion may vary.
