yeah but thats just it, from what i've seen they don't stay enemy, they change sides constantly depending on who owns the flag.
repairing them while your team owns it, gets you repair points, c4'ing them when the other team has it gets destruction points
also the chinese commander loses the ability to use arty whether they're destroyed or not when that flag is lost, and it only happens on this one map, which is why i think its a feature rather than a bug
