Recently I've been noticing in BF2 in wake2007 that China's artillery (3 guns on the beach) have been switching to USA command?

Example US special ops blows up the 3 guns then somehow one by one they switch from China's artillery to USA artillery.

Just curious is this a bug? If not , who and how can you switch the artillery over?
