YES! Disk 2 is the wrong disk to start the game. It works with Disk 1.

Now, why did not EA tell me this when asking for help? They gave me the BIG run around with stupid things to try. This is a fundamental bug that should have been caught in basic QAing the game out the door. What do I get for all my troubles?

By the way, is there a way to start the game without Disk 1? This is a hassle on a portable where I only have an external CDROM.
