I just read that, in order to run Windows Vista (announced for end of 2006) at best performance you will need a Dual Core CPU, 1 GB of DDR2 Ram and a 256 MB GPU with a S-ATAII-HD.

Now, if this is true then WTF is MS doing ?

An operating system is supposed to be sleek and flexible and not require the same hardware as a modern FPS.

WTF does Windows need a GPU for anyway ?
