Yeah, I was once in a server (I think it was 3stooge) that required 19 people for a kick against a TKer and it had a 30 player limit. All of your team PLUS some of the other team would have to vote to kick a TKer. It must be TKer/crappy commander/smacktard heaven there compared to other servers with a more reasonable amount of votes needed to do something.
