KNYTE, I don't know if you're going to detail squad builds but here's a good one I thought of. Medic (squad leader), Machine Gunner, Engineer, and 2 Snipers. :P Snipers are a bit weakened by the fact you get 2 freaking claymores! :/ They are amazing though.

Have your MG cover you with assistance from the Medic. They do their roles as intended - heal and cover fire/ammo. The 2 snipers mark off their area and fill it in (such as a large square in between the 3 forward outposts in the Gulf of Oman). The engineer sets up his mines infront of the claymore field. There's no sense in wasting claymores on a tank when you can get it as soon as it rolls into the killzone. Do this when no one is around and you can tell you're win is about to take a turn. Once you retreat to your outpost you could win by attrition if you have a strong defense. I imagine once they lose a vehicle or two and a few soldiers in there they'll try distancing the fight with artillery and Snipers...but you already have Snipers at the ready and destroying artillery is easy.
