I was almost tempted answering:
1) Take shovel.
2) Dig hole in the ground.
3) Drop your copy of BFV in the hole.
4) Fill up the hole.
I'm sure some people would agree with it... but personally I don't have much problem with BFV and I'm not at the point of throwing it thro the windows, yet... far from it.
As for the instruction in the manual, I think they could be more specific:

My... how long did I turn around a flag pressing the "pick up" button hoping that, somehow, I would pick up the mentionned spawn point. I think it wouldn't have hurt them to put "The relocatable spawn point is an object looking like a hole in the ground with a shovel" in there...
I had no idea what the tunnel was looking like until I noticed a bunch of bots spawning in the hills during one of my SP game. :P
