Right you are, Bort. Best Buy pretty much...sucks...with everything! Their customer service department is downright horrible. One time this kid came up to us asking us if we found everything while we were in line!
I remember trying to get BF1942 the day it was released at Best Buy. This was before I realized you can only get games the day after the release date. I asked a guy if they had it and he said he bought his copy that morning when he had gotten into work and they had sold out already while continueing on about how cool the game was (he was like 30 too). I found that very strange because I then went down to EB Games who said that they wouldn't be getting any copies of BF1942 in until tomorrorow. Yes, Best Buy
does hire people that weird & stupid! That's why I'm thinking about working at Circuit City.
