I've tried using a plethora of different transmit keys. Right now I'm using F12 and I've disabled any control conflicts within the game (key duplication).

I went out and bought a new hard drive and only put Battlefield 1942 on it. Problem still exists. I'm thinking that it's a sound conflict with my on-board sound device (AC'97). I have found a work around though:

1) Load the game
2) ALT then TAB to get back to windows
3) Launch Roger Wilco or Team Speak
4) ALT then TAB to get back to the game

Seems to work fine this way, but suck-didilly-ucks having to do this....
