DC has lost the plot. Every release is vehicles and more vehicles. Have you seen the ASE server list for that mod? 3 pages of it for Europe alone but only ever about 6 servers with the new DC maps, the rest is all Gazala, El Al, Market Garden blah blah. Sod that, I want to play new the maps built for the mod. IMO that's EoD's major advantage, it didn't add a ton of vehicles or weapons, it added a small balanced set and a good bunch of maps to go with them.
If DC doesn't switch off compatibility with the '42 maps soon I think a lot of people will stop playing. We used to play a lot but by 0.38 we were sick of replaying the '42 maps with vehicles that didn't suit them and we haven't touched the mod since, there's too much good stuff out there to even think about it.
