BUZZMAN is on a distinguished road
Default Battlefield 1942 and Roger Wilco/Team Speak conflicts

Here's a tough one for you gurus. Here's my delima:

When playing Battlefield 1942, we normally use either Roger Wilco or Team Speak to talk to each other while playing. Ever since I downloaded and installed the 1.45 patch, I cannot run either RW or TS while playing the game. If I shutdown RW or TS, BF 1942 plays fine. When I have either of the voice chat programs launched when I load BF1942, anytime I click on any button on the BF1942 screen, I get MULTIPLE clicks (the computer also makes a multiple "clicking" sound). If I connect to a game, when the game loads, the weapons menu screen is active (on screen) and it constantly cycles through each weapon fairly fast (still making the clicking sound) and will not let me select one. In addition, I have been using a Logitech TrackMan Marble trackball.

This is what I have loaded for BF1942:
Battlefield 1942 (full commercial version)
Battlefield 1942 - Road to Rome (full commercial version)
Battlefield 1942 patch 1.45 (full version - 107MB)
Desert Combat .38 (full install)
Desert Combat .39a (patch)

This is what I have done to try and correct the problem:
-Replaced the Logitech TrackMan Marble with a new Logitech 3 button mouse
-optimized my system
-defragged the hard drive (I do this constantly anyway)
-I have NO viruses
-Uninstalled/reinstalled Roger Wilco
-Uninstalled/renstalled Team Speak
-Uninstalled/reinstalled all BF1942 programs (optimizing and defragging between each)
-Checked and updated the drivers on the Motherboard and Video Card
-Disabled the Firewall (no luck)
-Cursed a LOT (this really doesn't help, though I thought it would)

My system doesn't crash, nor do I have any other problems with BF1942. Like I said, I turn off RW or TS, the game runs perfectly. I don't have connection problems. I can run RW or TS without BF1942 and both programs work perfectly. I can even run a server for both and the system works just fine without BF loaded.

Here's some other pertinent information:
-Windows 98/Second Edition
-Direct X 8.1
-Cable Modem
-AMD 1.7G w/256GB RAM
-Radeon "All In Wonder" 7500DV

Any and all constructive help would be surely appreciated. I'm almost at my wits end because I'm usually good at troubleshooting computer problems. But this one's got me stumped.

Thanks,

Buzzman
