Unfortunaly, you can play has "Rambo" and win (take the first spot). They don't care if they lost (as a team) the game, they only care if they are on first place (as individual).
And i think the medics/enginners, should be awarded for there work. (Like healing someone, fixing something, taking a mine from the ground [enemy mines, ofcourse
] and such.)
Maybe after a few patches
