A billion more tickets is going to make it a lot less fun, and a whole lot of spawning for VC. That's way too unbalanced.
What happened was actually true. The VC were assaulting an American landing zone and one of the VC soldiers tripped on a Claymore. It shot the spear the VC guy was holding through a chopper and killed the pilot. It was considered being "taken down" because it crashed from about 3 feet off the ground. :/
