i hate chat lag also.

i agree with carlson's complaints completely. auto press f8 for me. auto press n for me. what a stupid ui. go away, stupid "features"

as for the console/tilde thing, in settings\default\control\common.con

find:
ControlMap.addKeyToTriggerMapping c_GIToggleConsole IDFKeyboard IDKey_Grave c_CMNonRepetive

and add under it:
ControlMap.addKeyToTriggerMapping c_GIToggleConsole IDFKeyboard IDKey_Home c_CMNonRepetive

this changes the console key to home. no more stupid tildes! but tilde doesnt work for console anymore, which is fine by me.
